Use this form if you are interested in booking the Celebration Pavilion only—with no athletic field(s). If you want to reserve an athletic field in conjunction with the Celebration Pavilion, or just an athletic field, please fill out the Field Reservation Form.

Please provide a brief description of the event, including its importance to the District or the region, and indicating any special needs to make it successful. If you’re requesting multiple dates, please list the additional dates, times, and participant counts below. If you are interested in renting furniture for your event, please indicate what and how many you will need.
Please attach any relevant additional information about your organization to the permit application, including: proof of DC residency, DC Business License, Certificate of Insurance etc.
